Delivery and Pickup
When will my GROW order arrive?
Doorstep delivery for frozen food is on every Monday and Thursday (between 5.30pm to 10pm) by our delivery partner. Your orders will be delivered chilled. Do ensure that items are placed in freezer upon receiving them.
How much is delivery fee?
Delivery for frozen food is $11 islandwide. All of the delivery fee goes to our delivery partner.
Is pickup available?
Yes, pickup options are available—select “Pickup” at checkout to schedule your collection. Collection is by appointment only. We will be in touch for collection.
Returns and Refunds
What is GROW’s return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact us for assistance.
Can I get a refund if I’m unsatisfied with my order?
If you experience issues with quality orreceive incorrect items, reach out to our team. We’ll work to resolve theproblem and offer refunds or replacements when appropriate.
How do I request for refund?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and any supporting photos if necessary. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations or changes, but contact us as soon as possible since orders are processed quickly.
